Direct inkjet data output from CAD data
DFM Inkjet makes available a wide range of unique functions to improve and stabilize yield rates. These include vector to/from raster conversion, a reinforcing function for locations where disconnection may occur due to output resolution (pixel count), a thinning processing that allows for ink blurring, and shape difference comparison of the output raster data and CAD data, adjusted for impact diameter.
As a result, people involved in design and manufacturing can easily compile manufacturing data from design data, and manufacturing can progress while reciprocally comparing the actual manufacturing image with the design data.
