Q01. What is "EmuAid-USB for PictBridge"?
"EmuAid-USB for PictBridge" is a component of the test tool that may be used when applying for PictBridge Certification program, established by Camera & Imaging Products Association (CIPA).
This certification is required by anyone wishing to use the PictBridge Logo. For more details on PictBridge and its testing requirements, please refer to
CIPA's web site.

Q03. How can I obtain it?
Please send an email to emuaid_pb@zuken.co.jp with required quantity and schedule.
We ask for the customers outside Japan to deliver goods with the purchase order and payment both in advance. Quotation and invoice are available on your request.
Q04. Is it possible to buy from any local office?
Unfortunately, for manufacturing reason its delivery is only from Zuken Japan.

We prepared a list that shows PCs we have checked EmuAid-USB's function in the past.

Those are for Windows USB device modeling kit (our another product), and we do not support them outside Japan.
Files required for PictBridge certification are PCI drivers (Also please refer to
EmuAid-USB Instllation Guide).
After board installation, Certification Software provided from SSCT Inc. handles all.
Q11. PCI Board's connector seems a bit long to fit into PCI slot.
EmuAid-USB's mother board is made to share for other application usage beside USB controller, so it has 64bit PCI connector.
As long as it is used for EmuAid-USB application, it works with 32bit PCI system. If your PC only has 32bit PCI slot (most of the desktop PCs are so), there will be always extra edge not plugged.
